That kind of power density is what gives you the rapid temperature rise needed to keep pace with the HyPET’s breakneck speed. But, and this is important, that power comes with a price. It puts a real load on the machine’s electrical system. You get the deep heat penetration you need, but you have to make sure your control panel is wired to handle the 400V and the extra heat it generates.

We didn’t just pick any tube. We went with heavy-duty quartz. It’s not just about resisting thermal shock. It’s about how clearly it transmits shortwave infrared. This is key. Inside, the halogen filament is positioned to focus all that energy right where it matters: onto the preform. And the R7s connector? It’s the industry standard for a reason.
